RETURNS & exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days from the delivery date without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please first send an email to contact@the-ostudio.com including your order number and details of the product you wish to return. In response, you will receive the return shipping address along with detailed instructions.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
If returning a set, it must be returned in its entirety.
ONLY products in their original, undamaged condition with intact tags can be returned.
Products made to an individual measurement are not returnable.
